The workshop is crucial for healthcare organisations in Nigeria to understand and leverage the power of strategic communications to counter the loss incurred from medical tourism, estimated at $1 billion annually. By enhancing their brand's value and promise through effective communication, organisations can significantly improve engagement, trust, and loyalty, thereby attracting more patients to use their services and products.

The workshop aligns with the current administration’s presidential initiative on “Unlocking the Healthcare Value- Chain” which aims to unleash the power of the private sector to bring about medical industrialisation and maximise value.
